Day 2: Arrival in Egypt: Welcome to Exciting Egypt

  • Upon arrival Cairo Airport

    • Day 3: Cairo Sightseeing

  • Explore one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Visit the impressive 3 Pyramids of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure which are guarded by The Sphinx.

    • Day 4: Fly to Luxor / East Bank Luxor

  • Visit the Temple of Luxor and Temple of Karnak. Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built.

    • Day 5: West Bank Luxor / Fly Back to Cairo

  • Visit archaeological sites of the ancient Egyptians on the west bank of the Nile including the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon). Then visit the Valley of the Kings.

    • Day 6: Alexandria

  • Head north towards Alexandria, Egypt’s second capital, to discover the beauty of the Greco Roman civilization.

    We begin our full touring day, starting with a visit to the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, the world’s largest collection of Pharaonic artifacts and the world-famous and astounding King Tut exhibit with its gilded artifacts. Next, we open our hearts and minds to the ancient wonders of the world, a touch of the past that precedes Abraham by more than 1,000 years: Welcome to the impressive Pyramids of Giza. We will visit a papyrus factory, the ancient paper on which more than 700 pictorial characters of hieroglyphics were written, often adorning tombs and monuments. . After, we gaze at a majestic panoramic view of Cairo before embarking on our dinner cruise where we sail on the Nile River. Onboard entertainment includes the Whirling Dervish and the age-old magic of belly dance.

    Breakfast / Memphis / Sakkara / Statue of Ramses II / Step Pyramid of King Zoser / Lunch / Art of Carpet Weaving / The Hanging Church/ Citadel of Saladin / Muhammad Ali Mosque / Dinner and Overnight at your hotel in Cairo

    We visit Sakkara, one of the most notable and extensive archaeological sites in Egypt. Following, we will visit the Al Moallaka Church, the Hanging Church, Saint Virgin Mary’s Coptic Orthodox Church, one of the oldest churches in Egypt.

    Depart Cairo for Tel Aviv
